A private client requested a “naked birthday cake with lots of flowers,” so we crafted a 3-tier salted vanilla Swiss buttercream cake filled with mango and passion fruit curd, and mulberry jam.

All ingredients used were 100% organic and sourced from local farms in the San Diego area.
