Lillet Spritz

This is a refreshing and elegant cocktail that is perfect for any dinner party. It is made with Lillet Blanc, gin, lemon simple syrup, and tonic or sparkling water.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Lillet
  • 1 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lemon simple syrup w/ 1/2 tsp zest (optional)
  • Tonic/Sparkling water (top up)
  • Garnish with lemon & orange slices with mint sprig
Instructions
  • Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
  • Add the Lillet Blanc, gin, and lemon simple syrup to the glass. Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
  • Top off the glass with tonic, sparkling water or even prosseco.
  • Garnish with a lemon slices, orange slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
